A controlled process, tailored to the application
The project involved developing a dedicated press for press-off testing and press-fitting operations on wheels mounted on axles. The solution needed to support working parameter configuration, assembly positioning and process monitoring from the control console.
The equipment integrates the mechanical structure, hydraulic actuation, electrical system and data acquisition system into a single operating flow.

The press frame and positioning elements support the wheel-and-axle assembly throughout the operation.

Process values are monitored and linked to each test for subsequent result review.
